Job Requirements
- Works with hiring managers and recruiters to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates
- Is motivated and able to source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it
- Can utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches
- Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates
- Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work

Training: Fully Paid (Includes Travel, Food, and Transportation) Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base!
