The candidate should be excited to work with exceptional colleagues around the globe to accelerate awareness and product sales and have experience working in customer-facing roles and multiple areas of the Marketing function, (B2B, B2B2C, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, etc.). Role overview: In this Global Marketing and customer-facing role, you will: • Translate Global marketing and B2B product strategies into clear value propositions, positioning, messaging hierarchies and narratives, and lead the development and execution of integrated go to market plans, campaigns and sales enablement materials with Global and Regional stakeholders.• Partner with Product and Business Development teams to identify opportunities and drive effective B2B2C and B2C customer marketing initiatives, plans and campaigns across priority customers and markets, supporting revenue growth across Global and MEA initiatives.• Proactively manage marketing budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and expense management and develop compelling business cases for finance teams to secure additional funding where required.• Manage campaign and budget trackers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of marketing initiatives and analyze campaign performance and measurement and make recommendations that optimize future activity.• Leverage Mastercard brand and sponsorship assets and programs to drive differentiation, increase the relevance of our Brand and the idea of Priceless for all audiences, deepening customer engagement.• Ensure all customer campaigns, content and creative executions align with Mastercard brand standards and guidelines and that all approvals are effectively managed with Legal & Compliance teams.• Engage with external partners and agencies to co-create and execute joint marketing campaigns, • Support execution of the Global B2B strategy, including but not limited to industry and customer events and awards• Prepare clear, compelling marketing presentations and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.• Stay informed on latest market trends, competitive activity and consumer insights to inform and enhance marketing initiatives.• In this varied and fast-paced Global Marketing role, support a breadth of Consumer Products business units, priorities and initiatives, as well as other customers-led marketing activity and campaign planning. About You: • Extensive, proven marketing experience (10+ years) with a strong background in B2B, B2B2C and Product marketing.• Comfortable in a customer-facing role within a matrix organization with a strong passion for customer experience, intellectually curious and highly motivated to deliver results for both the customer and Mastercard within a fast-paced environment.• Strong partnership and influencing skills, with a track record of developing and building trusted customer relationships, selling in proposals and gaining advocacy amongst internal and external stakeholders.• Commercially focused marketer with strong negotiation, influencing and data analysis skills, able to identify actionable insights, build compelling business cases and measuring marketing impact. • A highly motivated self-starter who can work proactively on their own initiative, solve problems effectively, take ownership and drive projects forward and deliver tangible, measurable results.• Ability to execute winning marketing strategies paired with strong project management skills to lead delivery of multiple projects simultaneously to multiple stakeholders.• Sense of urgency and proven success operating effectively in fast paced, dynamic environment. • Strategic mindset with ability to make quick and sound decisions in complex, ambiguous situations• Solution-orientated, detail-driven and results-focused, with a strong can-do attitude is essential for success in an exciting and busy marketing environment.• Preferred: Expertise in payment or financial services industry• Bachelor's degree required; Masters or MBA preferred Role location: • Role location: Dubai.• Hybrid role: office/working from home flexibility: minimum 3 days per week in office.
