- Manage project schedules, resources, and budget allocations, providing regular updates to stakeholders. - Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external contractors to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables. - Keep track of timesheets and expenses and make sure to monitor ongoing project costs - Prepare detailed reports and manage project documentation in shared folders and database - Create and review proposals for projects which might be bid documents or specific pricing sheets for existing clients. It will be an added bonus if you can help with: - Ensure that our marketing and sales activities are taking place - Create and monitor budgets, P&L for projects - Ensure accuracy of the data provided in reports This position requires that you work nightshift, typically your shift will end around 1AM IST.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, Airtable, MS Project or similar
- 2 years of experience in managing construction or environmental projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
