Field Service Engineer

Astanza Laser

• Provide routine and emergency maintenance for Astanza Laser clients. • Interact with Physicians, PA’s, NP’s, RN’s, and other healthcare practitioners on a daily basis • Perform initial quality inspection and routine maintenance of laser systems throughout the US. • Troubleshoot errors and customer issues over the phone. • Instruct doctors on the proper use of the laser systems. • Align, adjust, calibrate, and maximize complicated laser systems in a clinic environment at customers’ locations. • Teach our training courses for tattoo removal

Job Requirements

  • 5 Years or more of field service experience
  • Previous experience working on medical devices or lasers in a field setting
  • A.S., B.S., or M.S. in related field is preferred but not required
  • Able to lift 75 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass full background and reference check
  • Familiarity /aptitude with laser, electronic, or mechanical systems a plus

Auto Physical Damage Appraiser - Field This position supports the Auto Physical Damage Operation by providing material damage claims handling for insurance policies written by the Interinsurance Exchange in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. Qualifications: - Advanced understanding of automotive repair processes, vehicle systems and damage assessment. - Ability to accurately estimate repair costs and a detailed understanding of estimating software platforms. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, general computer software and advanced line of business - Technical software skills required.
