The Senior Technical Writer supports a complex IT‑based management solution by creating clear, accurate, and user‑friendly documentation. This role works closely with technical teams, business partners, and clients to develop and maintain project, system, and process materials that are easy to understand and align with organizational needs. Responsibilities - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and various client teams to create and maintain project and system documentation. - Working within the business unit leadership and associates to produce deliverables and documentation. - Tailor documentation that translates source materials of a technical nature into user-friendly language without compromising the accuracy and completeness of the translated source materials. Requirements - 8+ years of experience with documenting processes and utilization of flow diagramming tools. - 8+ years of experience as a technical writer with direct experience in secure transfer and sensitive data processing, end user report applications, and operational processes. - 5+ years of experience projects with data warehousing, Oracle Database, SQL and associated tools, ETL, SFTP, backup and recovery, Disaster Recovery, Networking, Desktop Software and tools, Access Identity, Testing, HIPAA, general security standards, job scheduling, Business Intelligence tools, data interchange formats and syntax, dashboards, charts, graphs, and statistical analysis tools. - 3+ years of experience with organizing and maintaining SharePoint. • Develop and maintain a wide range of technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, user guides, API guides, reference manuals, configuration guides, tutorials, release notes, and micro training videos • Research and gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs), including product managers, engineers, our internal clinical care team, and customer support • Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for various audiences, for non-technical users • Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and adheres to company style guides and standards • Design and create graphics such as screenshots and diagrams to help users understand technical concepts, process flows, and UI instructions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify documentation needs and prioritize projects • Use various authoring tools and technologies to create and publish documentation, including generative AI tools to accelerate content creation and updates • Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve documentation usability and clarity • Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and standards, including version control and content lifecycle management

• Write ~15-page financial appraisal reports based on input from analysts and project leads • Interpret and integrate data, charts, and insights into narrative form • Participate in internal and client-facing calls to gather context for each report • Conduct peer reviews of reports created by other writers • Maintain clarity and consistency while following internal style and format guidelines • Work independently while adhering to deadlines

• Translate and refine Walrus’ developer-facing narrative, with clear differentiation between Walrus and competitors • Create and edit technical content • Developer guides, explainers, and walkthroughs • Ecosystem and partner technical case studies • Thought leadership targeted at builders (e.g., technical threads, blog posts) • Use-case led content — ex. why developers should choose Walrus for AI projects • Own the content calendar focused on high-impact channels (primarily email, articles, landing pages, and case studies) • Support product launches with technical content and work closely with engineering and DevRel to ensure technical accuracy and relevance • Turn complex ideas (and real-world events) into compelling stories for builders
