The Senior Technical Writer supports a complex IT‑based management solution by creating clear, accurate, and user‑friendly documentation. This role works closely with technical teams, business partners, and clients to develop and maintain project, system, and process materials that are easy to understand and align with organizational needs. Responsibilities - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and various client teams to create and maintain project and system documentation. - Working within the business unit leadership and associates to produce deliverables and documentation. - Tailor documentation that translates source materials of a technical nature into user-friendly language without compromising the accuracy and completeness of the translated source materials. Requirements - 8+ years of experience with documenting processes and utilization of flow diagramming tools. - 8+ years of experience as a technical writer with direct experience in secure transfer and sensitive data processing, end user report applications, and operational processes. - 5+ years of experience projects with data warehousing, Oracle Database, SQL and associated tools, ETL, SFTP, backup and recovery, Disaster Recovery, Networking, Desktop Software and tools, Access Identity, Testing, HIPAA, general security standards, job scheduling, Business Intelligence tools, data interchange formats and syntax, dashboards, charts, graphs, and statistical analysis tools. - 3+ years of experience with organizing and maintaining SharePoint. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $78,425 – 101,850.
