Account Executive
BizzyCar
• Build and execute a detailed sales plan to consistently hit and exceed quotas • Prospect and sign auto dealerships at both the rooftop and dealer group level • Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation through close • Spend the majority of your time in the field selling in person, with travel up to 75% • Conduct live demos of BizzyCar’s software and services, both in person and remotely (Zoom) • Develop long-term relationships through networking and proactive outreach • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer retention • Stay engaged with customers post-sale to understand needs and identify expansion opportunities • Handle objections, negotiate agreements, and resolve issues professionally • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline data in the CRM
Job Requirements
- Experience selling software to franchise auto dealerships
- Auto dealership experience is a strong plus
- Proven success as an Account Executive or in a similar sales or business development role
- Solid understanding of sales strategy, negotiation, and pipeline management
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Competitive, driven, resilient, and comfortable working toward ambitious goals
- College degree preferred, but not required.

• You’ll be responsible for building relationships with key decision makers at the school district level in addition to selling Newsela’s suite of products to bring engaging reading content to districts. • In your day to day, you will do everything from pipeline management and forecasting to designing lead generation campaigns and managing sales through the entire lifecycle. • You will also become well-versed in your territory’s funding, state initiatives, demographics, and K-12 education landscape, which will help inform your overall sales strategy.
