Senior Account Executive
Kinsmen Group
• Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets • Build, manage, and deepen relationships with new and existing clients to understand their current challenges, future goals, and digital transformation journey • Uncover and create new business opportunities across our AI solutions, consulting, and partner technologies • Lead discovery calls, introductory meetings, and product demos (with technical teams engaged strategically as needed) • Work collaboratively with the PMO, Strategic Consulting, and Product teams to shape solutions that deliver strong customer value • Develop high-quality proposals, Statements of Work, and commercial models using approved templates • Manage complex enterprise negotiations with senior-level executives across engineering, IT, and operations • Represent Kinsmen at trade shows, client workshops, and industry events; travel required as approved • Stay informed on industry trends in AI, engineering information, and process manufacturing—and proactively bring insights and ideas to the team • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B technology, software, or consulting services
- 8–10 years selling into IT/OT, engineering systems, or digital transformation environments
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with enterprise clients
- Deep familiarity with process manufacturing industries (energy, chemicals, utilities, pharma, mining, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
- Experienced engaging with VP and C-Suite decision makers
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating intensively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint; strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable leading virtual and in-person meetings (Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing and sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.
