• Ensure the timely completion of data analytics projects from onboarding through delivery • Prove the value of our platform by upholding quality standards of deliverables • Contribute to and uphold Analytics SOPs & KPIs • Coordinate client feedback conversations with the Customer Support & Training team • Work closely with Data Team to support an efficient data quality and completeness feedback loop • Employ technical and user expertise to advocate for operational improvements & specialty project needs • Lead and contribute to projects supporting company level initiatives and goals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of work experience in project management, operations and maintenance, data analysis, or similar
  • Must be primarily located in the contiguous US
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Experience with image processing tools, geospatial mapping, or thermography (preferred)
  • Experience building out and using project management systems (Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheets, etc.) (preferred)
  • Prior work or research experience in solar operations and maintenance, field technician work, or other related solar PV experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying language (preferred)
  • Prior startup experience (preferred)
