• Own end-to-end production of our annual industry conference (RaptorCon), from venue and speaker programming through attendee acquisition, on-site experience, and post-event nurture & engagement. • Own strategy, execution, and ROI for Raptor Maps' presence at industry conferences, in-person events, and virtual programs. • Build a repeatable playbook that turns each show into a multi-touch pipeline campaign. • Work hand-in-hand with sales and customer success to make sure every event ties back to real business impact. • Design and run concentrated, account-based experiential campaigns aimed at a focused set of priority accounts at any given time. • Partner with sales to build the target list and align on on account strategy. • Orchestrate the right mix of in-person touchpoints, executive moments, and follow-through to move named accounts into pipeline. • Establish a measurement framework to help refine programs based on performance data and qualitative feedback. • Own Raptor Maps' swag program and the in-person touchpoints that drive customer loyalty, such as onboarding kits, the gear we bring along on customer site visits, milestone gifts, and surprise-and-delight moments that turn happy customers into vocal ones. • Get creative with the what, when, and how; and create intentional moments that strengthen relationships. • Partner with sales and customer success to deliver those moments at the right time to strengthen our customer relationships.

Role Description - Use specialized software to quality check data analysis of solar sites - Review input sensor data and manage data transfer and cleaning as needed - Generate clear project-specific instructions and perform project-specific data entry as needed - Coordinate project goals and timeline with Project Managers - Work on special analysis or other projects as needed by Project Management - Maintain workflow documentation and time allocation records - 20-40 hours a week (position is flexible with availability - this is a part time position with the opportunity to work more hours if you are available) Qualifications - Access to a high functioning computer and high speed internet for using web based tools and software - Clear and timely communication, and high attention to detail - Interest in the global transition to renewable energy

• Build and sustain the construction data pipeline, targeting same-day delivery of quality construction analytics • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements • Develop and maintain deep understanding of data collection technologies (both capabilities and limitations) and collaborate within Operations to tailor data collection to analytic output targets • Continuously improve the speed and quality of deliverables by identifying data analysis pipeline bottlenecks and opportunities

• Ensure the timely completion of data analytics projects from onboarding through delivery • Prove the value of our platform by upholding quality standards of deliverables • Contribute to and uphold Analytics SOPs & KPIs • Coordinate client feedback conversations with the Customer Support & Training team • Work closely with Data Team to support an efficient data quality and completeness feedback loop • Employ technical and user expertise to advocate for operational improvements & specialty project needs • Lead and contribute to projects supporting company level initiatives and goals

About the role Raptor Maps is hiring Drone Operators who will sit at the core of our turnkey data collection. You will manage mission planning and drone flights, ensuring accuracy and quality that meet our exacting standards. This is a task based role that requires attention to detail and proper tracking of work completed in our systems. Part 107 pilots will plan, schedule, and execute missions following established protocols and working closely with our internal team of data collection specialists. This is a remote contract role with location and schedule dictated by the work assigned. Prior titles held may include Flight Coordinator, Drone Pilot, or UAS Operator. Preferred start date: April 7, 2026 Locations: - Remote - California - Remote - Illinois - Remote - Massachusetts - Remote - Minnesota - Remote - New York / New Jersey - Remote - North Carolina - Remote - Texas What you'll do - Schedule: Maintain and update mission calendar - Plan: Create, organize, and store portfolio of mission plans - Check: Conduct regular safety and preflight checks following established protocols - Fly: Deploy unmanned systems to capture data utilizing automated missions; monitor and maintain safe operations utilizing all available systems and engage in manual flight control as necessary - Verify: Document work completed and any deviations from expected operations - Deliver: Ensure complete upload of data from drone to cloud systems - Work with team to ensure continuous improvement, document process changes, and define exceptions that will drive the team’s success - Escalate matters appropriately utilizing SOPs, proper channels, and critical thinking Qualifications - FAA Part 107 certificate - Proven track record of safe flight operations - Proficiency in operating DJI enterprise and/or Skydio UAS systems - Demonstrated ability to maintain uninterrupted attention during active flight operations - Attention to detail in scheduling, file management, and documentation of work - Communicate clearly and effectively across email, phone, team messaging tools, and meetings - Ability to learn and navigate new computer systems - Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications - Utility scale solar inspection experience - 50+ flight hours on Skydio and/or DJI enterprise equipment with thermal sensors - Experience applying for and receiving LAANC authorizations, COAs, and Waivers - Familiarity with Slack for team communication Preferred Equipment, Environment, and Connectivity - Enterprise Thermal Drone; Skydio X10, DJI M3T or M4T - Reliable phone service for emergency communications - Reliable vehicle for travel to/from inspection sites - Dedicated workspace free from distractions when not traveling - Computer with 16+GB RAM and: - - MacOS 14.x or later or Windows 11 Pro - Chrome browser - Two or more 22”+ monitors - Audio in/out capability - Hardline internet service (cable or fiber) with at least 50 Mbps down / 50 Mbps up
