Job Overview: The primary role of the Victim Services Caseworker is to provide comprehensive, victim-centered case management services for victims of crime, including human trafficking. The Caseworker is responsible for completing eligibility screenings, developing service plans, educating clients on available resources and legal rights, and addressing barriers to service access. This role also supports programmatic and administrative functions, including documentation, case file management, and data tracking, in alignment with donor and program requirements. Major Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Core Service Delivery - Provide comprehensive case management services, including assisting clients in accessing community resources, making referrals to legal providers, and supporting service plan implementation. - Conduct eligibility screenings and complete enrollment paperwork for all program participants. - Assess and evaluate client needs and develop individualized service plans, including safety planning and self-sufficiency tracking. - Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed support to victims and their families, including emotional support, education on victim rights, and assistance navigating the criminal justice process. - Assist clients with compensation applications and interventions with landlords, employers, and other stakeholders as needed. - Ensure client needs are addressed in a timely, client-centered manner. Documentation, Data & Compliance - Maintain accurate and timely case notes and client records in accordance with program and donor requirements. - Track program activities, compile data, and support reporting requirements. - Manage case files and ensure proper documentation of services provided. - Support compliance with all IRC policies, procedures, and donor regulations. Outreach & Partnerships - Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal stakeholders, including law enforcement and service providers. - Conduct outreach to identify and support victims of crime and human trafficking across Arizona. - Support development and implementation of outreach and training activities to meet program goals. - Strengthen collaboration with community partners, coalitions, and service networks. Team & Program Engagement - Participate fully in program meetings, trainings, and staff development activities. - Support overall program implementation and contribute to team-based service delivery. - May train and support interns and volunteers.
