eDiscovery Project Manager
Repario
• End-to-end oversight of eDiscovery projects of all sizes and complexities, ensuring excellence of quality and timeliness of deliverables. • Advise clients on eDiscovery strategies from identification and collection through production, including culling and filtering, processing, and document review. • Primary client point-of-contact for project-related queries, custom solutions and workflow escalations; general subject matter expert capable of deploying point SMEs as required. • Lead high level project/matter communication meetings and status updates; offer suggestions, solutions and recommendations. • Responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating project timelines and budgets. • Responsible for project-level reporting on metrics and deliverables. • Coordinates across internal delivery verticals to ensure appropriate services are deployed against project needs. • Support the invoice process, including review and correction of client invoices.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of eDiscovery Project Management experience with a services vendor or major law firm
- Expert-level knowledge of standard eDiscovery platforms including Relativity, Brainspace, etc
- Experience with analytics capabilities of various eDiscovery tools, and knowledge of associated best practice workflows
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines effectively
- A proactive problem-solver with the experience to identify and remediate issues early
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills; capable of providing effective client-facing status updates and managing clients through difficult decisions
- Relationship builder, with a long-term approach to managing client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to manage sideways in a matrixed environment
- Self-starter with superior work ethic and professionalism
- MA in a relevant field a strong plus
- Relativity Certified Administration (RCA) certification preferred. Additional relevant certifications a strong plus

Paradigm is hiring for a full-time, benefited Implant Associate. The Implant Associate is responsible for appropriately adjudicating workers compensation claims containing implanted devices. What you will do: - Perform detailed analysis of all claim related documents that may be associated with an implantable device procedure billing. - Utilize company proprietary software to document analysis of claims and provide recommendations of payment to clients. - Responsible for ensuring that both accuracy and efficiency is maintained throughout our operational processing of client implant case referrals. Skills and Experience - Associate's degree or up to 2 years of experience in a related field. Surgical healthcare knowledge is a must. - Experience and/or knowledge of medical billing and common coding practices, including ICD-9/10 coding and medical terminology. - Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently and deal with multiple tasks simultaneously. Project Manager – Ring and Transport
Blue Stream FiberBlue Stream Fiber has been serving Florida for over 45 years with amazing Internet, TV and Phone services.
- Partner with permitting team to ensure approvals for any power related items that require permits are secured timely every time and serve as the senior escalation resource to solve any issues. - Tightly oversee all internal coordinator and 3rd party Business Partners to ensure actual construction of network extension, micro-ring buildouts and power enablement are completed up to the highest standard of Blue Stream Fiber. - Oversight of developer relations as it relates to ensuring build schedules are timely and partnering on solution to any changes in delivery – overseeing coordinator resource(s). - Serve as key input into CapEx forecasting and budgeting for Transport, Network Extension and Ring projects – be the internal source of truth for delivery timelines & updates inclusive of unit counts coming online. - Accountability in supporting planning and execution. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors involved in delivery. - Manage the FPL relationship – ensure that we are on time for payments and following protocols across Florida. - Provide requirements to Supply Chain for procuring UPS and temporary power (e.g. generators) – ensure these are installed including to specification.
