Client Project Manager

Jobrack

• Support senior project managers with daily tasks and manage smaller client accounts • Manage tasks in Asana, including inputting audit and quarterly plan tasks • Clean up outdated or incomplete projects in Asana • Assist with client meeting preparations • Communicate with and manage smaller client accounts • Work closely with the SVP of Business Development, taking on some of her client accounts • Take ownership of small client accounts

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or Account Manager
  • Previous experience in an agency or marketing environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with task management on Asana
  • Quick learner, eager to be coached
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks each day without feeling overwhelmed
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written), especially for task management
  • Experience with email marketing and social media

Benefits

  • Salary: $2300 - $2700 per month
  • Full-time role, fully remote
  • Paid time off and all US holidays off
