• Must be good in QA Software Testing concepts (such as STLC, and Defects Tracking) and Agile Methodology. • Experience in Test Planning, Test Designing, Testing Methodologies, and Testing Techniques. • Should have worked on Functional, Database, web-based testing, and UI testing. • Experience with SQL, databases, and data comparisons. • Should have good experience in testing APIs. • Good knowledge of Docker and SaaS platform. • Experience with Jira, Agile, and TestRail. • Hands-on experience in writing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases after understanding requirements documents. • Communicating testing progress, status, and issues to project stakeholders. • Responsible for the project(s) overall Quality. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Work as part of the team to establish timelines, QA test strategy, and test plans. • Design test cases across the full Product Lifecycle including Functional, Usability, Exploratory, and Performance testing • Complete end to end testing of Web Applications • Execute test scripts, record results, and perform detailed initial root cause investigation • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, he/she will report bugs and errors. • Works directly with developers and business stakeholders • Document and communicate quality issues • Actively participate in the planning, implementation, and maintenance phases of a project. • Identify test conditions from project documentation and develop and document test cases and test scripts to cover those conditions. • Understanding of the following Web technologies HTTP(S), S/FTP, Web Services (SOAP, RESTful)

• Manage a team of Quality Assurance Engineers specializing in the functional and manual testing across internal and external products • Implementation of QA policies and processes • Engage in release planning and grooming; while allocating and prioritizing QA resources • Partner with managers across Engineering, Product and QA on the timely delivery and testing of quality functionality to customers • Define quality metrics to measure and communicate success • Grow and lead team members in terms of mentoring, training and objective setting • Guide performance management, career progression and personal development • Drive the recruiting and on-boarding of new team members • Instill a sense of customer advocacy in testing functionality across the team

• Design and implement a reusable approach to SAP Fieldglass Test Automation and the associated framework • Coach and mentor others on the adoption of SAP Fieldglass Test Automation technologies and techniques • Analyze and understand SAP Fieldglass Testing Procedures and Requirements • Develop and execute SAP Fieldglass Test Cases, Test Automation, and Automation Scripts • Identify, document, and conduct follow-ups on bugs and quality issues • Develop test plans and write automation test cases wherever needed • Regularly revisit SAP Fieldglass test cases and strategy to incorporate the latest product functionality • Report on SAP Fieldglass testing status and results • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
