• Own and manage the data pipeline for updating and adding records to our internal database of contact and company information • Complete data analysis requests for the engineering and product team • Evaluate and configure new data services • Own the overall improvement of our internal database of contacts and company records

• Manage a team of Quality Assurance Engineers specializing in the functional and manual testing across internal and external products • Implementation of QA policies and processes • Engage in release planning and grooming; while allocating and prioritizing QA resources • Partner with managers across Engineering, Product and QA on the timely delivery and testing of quality functionality to customers • Define quality metrics to measure and communicate success • Grow and lead team members in terms of mentoring, training and objective setting • Guide performance management, career progression and personal development • Drive the recruiting and on-boarding of new team members • Instill a sense of customer advocacy in testing functionality across the team

• Manage and grow our Engineering team • Provide mentorship, professional guidance, and regular feedback to Leadgenius engineers • Build Leadgenius’ engineering culture, organization, and hiring process • Facilitate technical architecture discussions that shape the long term foundation of our digital products • Collaborate with product, design, and business leadership to help define product roadmaps that prioritize solutions to core business problems
