Salesforce Administrator

ATDEV

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform, including system configuration, user management, security settings, and data integrity. • Collaborate with team members throughout the engagement lifecycle spanning solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Create and maintain reports and dashboards, providing data-driven insights to leadership. • User management. Permission sets, profiles, and roles. • Internal project management for improvements and implementation of new features. • Configuration of interaction with the ETL platform. • Sandbox testing and deployment using change sets. • Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. • Perform regular system maintenance, including managing licenses, monitoring storage usage, and conducting system backups. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform developments and recommend system enhancements as needed.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Lightning Experience and related technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is a must.
