• Provide user support for technical issues in PeopleSoft Financials and HCM through an internal ticketing system. • Tickets must be managed to ensure that users are informed of progress or need for feedback. • Debug issues to identify causes and provide solutions on how to resolve • Develop technical solutions for user issues, including updates to Peoplecode, SQL scripts or other scripts to resolve data issues, updates or amendments to workflow. • Resolve performance issues in processes by identifying bottlenecks and developing remediations. • Support the testing of new patches and PUMs. • Comply with requirement procedures and policies, in particular those on security and updates on or migrations to Production systems. • Provide information to internal and external auditors, or other reviews as required. • Provide post go-live support for any solutions deployed to production.

• Help clients continually improve and enhance their Salesforce platform • Gather requirements and feedback, design scalable best practice solutions • Manage the product roadmap • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules • Salesforce configuration changes including Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, etc. • Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge • Sandbox environment management • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders • Own communication of platform changes to end users and stakeholders • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, and Health Check • User support tickets and improving user adoption • New user and ongoing user training • Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers

• Project high-level analysis and planning during project lifecycle • Decide testing strategy, adapted to different contexts • Design and execute test cases for products/components • Estimate testing activities • Perform functional and non-functional testing • Investigate and report defects and identify root causes • Create QA reports for project stakeholders • Measure project progress using different KPIs and metrics • Provide daily project updates • Communicate efficiently with all project stakeholders
