• Own end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communications (50%), ensuring accurate scheduling and a seamless experience • Maintain ATS and scheduling tool accuracy (Greenhouse, GoodTime) (20%) including interview plans, hiring teams, permissions, and templates • Coordinate background checks and manage offer-stage workflows (15%) through onboarding handoff • Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements (10%), surfacing friction points and recommending solutions • Support recruiting programs and cross-functional initiatives (5%) that improve efficiency and scalability beyond day-to-day coordination
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations
- Ideally based in the United States (Central or Eastern time zone preferred)
- Must haves: Experience with Greenhouse and Goodtime
- Nice to Haves: Experience with tools like Gem, Notion, Airtable, or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an Airline Sourcing Manager within our TA Connections division. This position falls under our Airline & Hospitality line of business and is located in Colombia. In this role, you will manage RFPs for airline and cruise line clients’ accommodation and transport needs, conduct market research, and foster relationships with hotel and transport vendors. You will report directly to the Global Director of Airline Sourcing, and regularly collaborate with the Operations, Contracting, and Admin teams. How We Work As an Airline Sourcing Manager, you will be expected to work in a remote environment.
