Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or partnerships (SaaS experience helps)
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with agency founders and senior stakeholders
- Clear and concise communication, especially in writing
- Resilient; rejection doesn’t throw you off your game
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations without losing momentum
- Motivated by targets and measurable outcomes
- Curious about partner ecosystems and revenue generation through them
- Enjoy working cross-functionally and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
- Excited to grow into Partner Management or broader ecosystem roles over time

Responsibilities The Director of Business Development is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the 3PL portfolio, including warehousing & distribution, transportation, and value‑added logistics services.
