Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of agile and lean principles
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering Managers
- Proficiency with Project Management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with software development processes and release patterns
- Experience in software engineering or technical integrations is a strong plus
- Professional certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP) are preferred but not required
- 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects
