• Lead a cross functional team in exploring agentic workflow offerings in adjacent categories, with the ultimate goal of finding product market fit as evidenced by contracted ARR and product adoption. • Develop KPIs and metrics to measure success of the offerings • Drive continuous iteration in a co-creation environment with customers • Wear both hats of delivery and discovery; continuously evaluating customer needs, the competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify top opportunities while working with engineering on bringing new products to market.

Job Requirements

  • You have 8+ years experience in a Product Manager and/or Product Lead role
  • You’re AI-first. You instinctively consider AI capabilities first when solving product challenges.
  • You’re insatiably curious, a critical thinker, and have an ownership mindset.
  • You’re experienced in 0->1 product development where a mature, industry leading product is already in the market.
  • You’re an effective communicator, able to engage with a wide range of roles, including customers, engineers, executives, and everyone in between.
  • You’re experienced in 3rd party integrations as well as thinking end-to-end on product delivery, inclusive of GTM motions and partnerships.
  • You’re an analytical and critical thinker, leveraging data for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • You’re passionate for understanding customers' needs and developing solutions to address that need with a creative and solution-oriented approach.
  • You’re highly organized and detail-oriented, delivering projects and leading cross functional teams with executional excellence.
  • You’re someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, maintaining focus and meeting deadlines.
