Location: Middleburg Heights, OH Summary: Quadax, an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is seeking a Product Operations Manager to build and run the operating system of Product Management. In this role, you will standardize and manage the processes, tooling, and rhythms that power our product lifecycle—intake, planning, release readiness, metrics, and cross-functional coordination—so Product Managers can focus on customer problems, strategy, and outcomes. You will partner with product, application development, client success, compliance, security, and sales to deliver operational excellence that improves velocity, quality, and transparency across our portfolio. Open to remote employees ONLY in: OH (if outside commutable distance), PA, MI, IN, KY, WV, WI, AL, TN, GA, FL, TX, MO, SD, SC, NE, and NC Responsibilities: - Establish and continuously improve Quadax’s product operating model spanning intake → prioritization → planning → execution → release → post-launch review. - Own portfolio reporting and KPI instrumentation; support definition of success metrics, standardize reporting, and drive data-driven decisions. - Run centralized demand/intake and triage where appropriate, standardize request templates, facilitate prioritization forums, and communicate decisions. - Support release management and launch readiness processes (UAT orchestration, checklists, runbooks). - Define and maintain processes for implementation and support, ensuring smooth transitions to Operational teams. - Administer and optimize Product tools and drive backlog hygiene, acceptance criteria standards, and artifact quality. - Facilitate portfolio reviews, highlight risks/interdependencies, and proactively unblock execution. - Partner with Compliance/Security to embed regulatory requirements such as HIPAA into operating procedures. - Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales on launch plans, enablement, and client communication. - Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, best practice pilots, and operational coaching. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus. - 5+ years in Product Operations, Program/Project Management, or Product Management within SaaS or healthcare environments. - Demonstrated success with intake systems, portfolio dashboards, and cross-functional release processes. - Proficiency with product/work management tooling and strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence across teams. - Knowledge of data privacy and healthcare compliance practices such as HIPAA. - Travel <5% typical. - Comfortable speaking in public to small and large groups - Strong attention to detail - Ability to set and follow priorities and effective time management

• Own the fraud, identity, and appeasements product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap. • Drive the evolution of Instacart's real-time fraud detection and identity platform. • Champion an AI-native, AI-first approach to fraud and trust. • Define policies, guardrails, and product capabilities for order-issue resolution. • Identify new opportunities and produce clear product reviews. • Collaborate closely with Data Science, ML Engineering, and Fraud Operations teams.

• Lead critical initiatives across our platform, including our compliance infrastructure, payment rails, and partner integrations • Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned focus areas, with initial emphasis on building our global compliance capabilities • Drive new product development from inception to launch, including market research, user interviews, and go-to-market strategy • Act as a bridge between compliance requirements and the development of products, services, and systems • Build a unified platform for KYC, KYB, AML, fraud prevention, and automated regulatory reporting that scale across different jurisdictions and regulatory requirements • Design and implement intelligent systems for risk management, transaction monitoring, and automated operations • Design and implement risk-scoring models and decision engines • Create highly automated operational workflows for compliance and risk management • Evaluate and integrate AI/ML solutions for fraud detection, identity verification, blockchain analytics and risk assessment • Partner with Sales team to scope out net new business requirements to help Caliza scale • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications • Work closely with engineering teams to implement complex compliance workflows and automation • Collaborate with operations teams to optimize and automate compliance processes • Engage with regulators, legal counsel and partner financial institutions to understand and anticipate requirements

• Actively participating in the product lifecycle, contributing to various stages, including concept development, design, specification, implementation, and analysis. • Gather and synthesize requirements and input from multiple stakeholders (internal product teams, engineers, business teams, marketing, etc.) • Demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills. • Engage with team members, asking relevant questions, attentively listening to insights, fostering team alignment, and effectively influencing stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, content, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of features. • Advocate for the platform's subscribers, understanding their preferences, and incorporating their feedback to enhance the user experience. • Familiar with Scrum Agile and Kanban frameworks.
