Product Manager

Caliza

• Lead critical initiatives across our platform, including our compliance infrastructure, payment rails, and partner integrations • Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned focus areas, with initial emphasis on building our global compliance capabilities • Drive new product development from inception to launch, including market research, user interviews, and go-to-market strategy • Act as a bridge between compliance requirements and the development of products, services, and systems • Build a unified platform for KYC, KYB, AML, fraud prevention, and automated regulatory reporting that scale across different jurisdictions and regulatory requirements • Design and implement intelligent systems for risk management, transaction monitoring, and automated operations • Design and implement risk-scoring models and decision engines • Create highly automated operational workflows for compliance and risk management • Evaluate and integrate AI/ML solutions for fraud detection, identity verification, blockchain analytics and risk assessment • Partner with Sales team to scope out net new business requirements to help Caliza scale • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications • Work closely with engineering teams to implement complex compliance workflows and automation • Collaborate with operations teams to optimize and automate compliance processes • Engage with regulators, legal counsel and partner financial institutions to understand and anticipate requirements

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience
  • Excellent product sense
  • Great communication (verbal and written) with ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
  • Comfortable with ambiguous, fast-paced, and resource-constrained environments
  • Deeply cares about creating superb products
  • Track record of building complex technical products with multi-country/industry reach
  • Very good at creating structure and organizing information
  • Substantial prior experience working on compliance, risk, or fraud prevention platforms and products
  • Experience with KYC/KYB, AML, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting systems
  • Deep understanding of global financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and crypto compliance requirements
  • Experience with API-first platform development and knowledge of data modeling and analytics for risk assessment
