• Understand the job description provided • Source candidates for our clients via database searches, job posting, referrals, social media networking • Screen potential candidates for experience, certification, technical and communication skills • Manage the interview process by coordinating with the client point-of-contact and candidate as they progress through the interview stages • Hand hold selected candidates and ensure they onboard on their agreed joining date • Maintain and update the internal database of candidates (in-house web based software) • Prepare periodic reports regarding number of jobs posted, number of responses, and selected candidates
