• Develop applications using Visual force pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components. • Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Visual force, and Lightning Components to support business requirements. • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce APIs. • Develop and maintain SOAP and REST-based integrations in a complex enterprise environment, including real-time, batch, synchronous, and asynchronous integrations. • Utilize Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector, scripted data loaders, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware, and other enterprise integration technologies. • Support each release cycle by implementing and deploying new or updated applications and code. • Perform unit and system testing, and debug applications. • Adhere to coding best practices and ensure data quality. • Contribute to technical documentation. • Perform administrative tasks to support org enhancements. • Develop solutions with best practices in mind. • Interpret technical specifications. • Test application stability and functionality. • Troubleshoot and fix bugs. • Handle integration tasks.

DUTIES: Manage and provide build and production support for all P3 Salesforce-based applications. This role will be pivotal in contributing to P3’s clinical applications strategy and growth of the organization. They will also work cross-functionally with end-users, managers, and the technology teams to ensure projects are in line with our business objectives and strategies. Provide new build and production support for all Salesforce applications. Build enhancements in the existing application based on user feedback. Work closely with the product managers. Manage and mentor junior and/or entry-level software developers. Ensure applications’ stability and availability to the users. Work closely with the QAs to ensure the defects are addressed in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce features and functionalities. Assist with administration needs when needed, such as resolving support tickets, user and license management. **Telecommuting allowed.
