Job Requirements
- A completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting or similar roles
- Proven experience in stakeholder and project management
- Solid exposure to big data and analytical tools (e.g. SQL, R, Python)
- Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
- Experience in fast-growing environments, ideally within private equity–backed companies
- Strong strategic thinking paired with very strong analytical skills
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, due to our international setup.

Role Description One stop shop or hub for driving all strategy, new development, and performance enhancements for specific set of products. Qualifications - Candidate must demonstrate Mandarin language proficiency at a minimum of JLPT N2 level (or equivalent), enabling effective reading, writing, and verbal communication in business contexts. - Candidate must commit to working during China's business hours to conduct company business effectively. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or a minimum of 8 years of an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. - Ideal candidates will have strong experience leading roadmap development in the hospitality or travel industry. - A minimum of 2 years leading end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch performance evaluation is preferred. - A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with global distribution systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), online travel agencies (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com) is preferred. - Participation in at least 1 project involving travel industry APIs or data modeling is highly preferred. - Experience using API design and testing tools such as Swagger and Postman (or equivalent) and proficiency in interpreting and reviewing XML and JSON message formats. - Experience collaborating across both internal and external stakeholder groups with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, SmartSheet, or similar products. - Minimum 2 years of experience with considerable responsibilities for implementing new or enhanced functionality with an IHG revenue impacting system, such as revenue management, CRS, or mobile web is highly preferred. Requirements - Location - This role is remote USA - The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $110,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
