Role Description One stop shop or hub for driving all strategy, new development, and performance enhancements for specific set of products. Qualifications - Candidate must demonstrate Mandarin language proficiency at a minimum of JLPT N2 level (or equivalent), enabling effective reading, writing, and verbal communication in business contexts. - Candidate must commit to working during China's business hours to conduct company business effectively. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or a minimum of 8 years of an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. - Ideal candidates will have strong experience leading roadmap development in the hospitality or travel industry. - A minimum of 2 years leading end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch performance evaluation is preferred. - A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with global distribution systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), online travel agencies (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com) is preferred. - Participation in at least 1 project involving travel industry APIs or data modeling is highly preferred. - Experience using API design and testing tools such as Swagger and Postman (or equivalent) and proficiency in interpreting and reviewing XML and JSON message formats. - Experience collaborating across both internal and external stakeholder groups with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, SmartSheet, or similar products. - Minimum 2 years of experience with considerable responsibilities for implementing new or enhanced functionality with an IHG revenue impacting system, such as revenue management, CRS, or mobile web is highly preferred.
