• Lead settlement negotiations with opposing counsel, insurers, and other parties • Evaluate cases for settlement value and develop negotiation strategies • Draft, review, and revise settlement agreements and related documents • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution • Maintain organized case tracking and ensure timely follow-up on all settlement-related matters • Communicate effectively with clients regarding settlement options and outcomes

• Own and scale paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta), managing $150K+ monthly spend • Drive full-funnel performance across landing pages, intake, and call center conversion • Build and optimize growth systems including testing frameworks, CRM/MarTech, and attribution • Improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates in partnership with intake and operations • Optimize across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels to maximize lead quality and signed clients

• Oversee and execute effective marketing strategies to attract Lemon Law cases. • Lead messaging and branding for the lemon law department. • Responsible for lead generation of lemon law cases. • Find target audience by case type. • Create marketing content to engage and sign up clients. • Implement advertising strategies. • Manage social media accounts. • Conduct analytics and reporting.

• Represent workers whose employers violated their state or federal rights • Prosecute claims for wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation

• Representing clients in lemon law cases and other related consumer protection matters. • Conducting client consultations to evaluate cases and provide legal advice. • Drafting legal documents, such as demand letters, complaints, and settlement agreements. • Negotiating settlements with manufacturers, dealerships, and insurance companies. • Participating and representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials. • Working collaboratively with legal professionals to provide excellent legal services to clients. • Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process. • Handling court appearances and hearings when necessary.

• Efficiently handle and organize legal documents in a remote work environment. • Utilize court websites, court vendor websites and others as needed to gather requested case information. • Handle calendaring, scheduling, and deadlines as needed. Keep attorneys organized and on track. • Track deadlines, maintain follow-up and be aware of current status on all Team cases. • File documents accurately and promptly to meet court rules and deadlines if necessary. • Provide administrative support to your Attorney Team. • Understand and adhere to legal ethics and confidentiality requirements.
