Senior Marketing Analytics Manager

• Build the foundation for sound marketing and growth decisions • Analyze and clean up existing tracking and attribution setup: pixels, consent, and data discrepancies between ad platforms, CRM and backend systems • Develop a solid understanding of customer structure – countries, products and usage behavior • Establish initial analyses for specific questions and look for quick wins where optimizations can have an immediate impact • Systematically develop marketing analytics further by analyzing customer journeys and funnels, conducting segmentation and cohort analyses, identifying churn drivers and modeling LTVs across channels and customer groups • Translate insights into clear actions and act as a sparring partner for marketing, product management and other stakeholders • Establish customer intelligence as a fixed part of decision-making processes through automated analyses, alerts and predictive approaches (e.g., churn or LTV forecasts)
Job Requirements
- Experience working with cross-channel marketing data (paid ads, affiliate, CRM) in subscription-based business models
- Very good understanding of marketing attribution, performance metrics (ROI, CAC/LTV, marketing mix) and their limitations
- Hands-on experience with tracking setups (GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, consent mode)
- Very good SQL skills for independent analysis and evaluation of data
- Experience with funnel, customer journey, and cohort analyses
- Confident use of BI tools and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Experience in the subscription business (almost a must-have)
- Industry knowledge in hosting, telecommunications, or comparable tech/platform models (nice to have)
