Country Manager

NDAX

• Lead and manage all country-level operations for Ndax in Spain, including business development, regulatory compliance, marketing and customer support • Drive Ndax’s expansion strategy in Spain, including evaluation and recommendation of growth options based on market analysis • Play a key role in supporting major regulatory/policy efforts and subsequently ensuring that Ndax operates in full compliance with applicable local regulatory requirements • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, industry partners and local financial institutions • Be the face of Ndax in the country, including media engagements, conferences and industry forums and in meetings with local clients and regulators • Monitor and analyze local/European market trends and competition to adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness. • Ensure that Ndax’s brand and values are reflected locally • Work closely with global Product, IT, Marketing and Operations teams to create products and user experiences highly adapted to the needs of local clients • Provide regular performance and growth reports to Ndax’s senior management

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior management role, with expertise in cryptocurrency industry
  • Proven experience in engaging with regulators and managing a business/business unit subject to regulatory oversight at the country level
  • Strong network within European financial services, fintech and cryptocurrency sectors
  • Strong understanding of European legal and regulatory framework surrounding cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
  • Familiarity with the European market, including regional regulations, market trends, and competition within the cryptocurrency and financial services industries
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Role Description One stop shop or hub for driving all strategy, new development, and performance enhancements for specific set of products. Product manager coordinates among tactical analysts, developers, and functional subject matter experts to create holistic product solutions for Distribution Partnership’s customers/stakeholders and 3rd party partners. The product manager will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from idea inception through development and launch, leveraging specialists, operators, and stakeholders along the way. They define product needs via a “roadmap” of initiatives mapped out over a predetermined cycled timeline. Day to Day - Own and optimize the connectivity model, acting as a subject matter expert on internal and third-party booking channel functionalities, ensuring seamless integration of availability, rates, inventory, and bookings. - Drive new product development by defining clear business requirements and coordinating cross-functional teams—including analysts, developers, and subject matter experts—to create best-fit, integrated product solutions. - Communicate product information effectively to stakeholders, including roadmaps, specifications, value propositions, and competitive intelligence, while establishing cross-departmental alliances to support product initiatives and reporting to the PMO. - Manage the full product lifecycle by continuously evaluating product performance, customer feedback, and market needs to identify enhancement opportunities and new product requirements ahead of obsolescence. - Lead the development and implementation of a future-oriented product strategy and roadmap, grounded in an understanding of IHG’s business operations, customer insights, market dynamics, competition, and distribution capabilities. - This includes identifying and delivering both incremental enhancements and transformative, game-changing functionalities to maintain and advance IHG’s competitive position. Qualifications - Candidate must demonstrate Mandarin language proficiency at a minimum of JLPT N2 level (or equivalent), enabling effective reading, writing, and verbal communication in business contexts. - Candidate must commit to working during China's business hours to conduct company business effectively. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or a minimum of 8 years of an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. - Ideal candidates will have strong experience leading roadmap development in the hospitality or travel industry. - A minimum of 2 years leading end-to-end product lifecycles from ideation through development, launch, and post-launch performance evaluation is preferred. - A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with global distribution systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport), online travel agencies (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com) is preferred. - Participation in at least 1 project involving travel industry APIs or data modeling is highly preferred. - Experience using API design and testing tools such as Swagger and Postman (or equivalent) and proficiency in interpreting and reviewing XML and JSON message formats. - Experience collaborating across both internal and external stakeholder groups with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, SmartSheet, or similar products. - Minimum 2 years of experience with considerable responsibilities for implementing new or enhanced functionality with an IHG revenue impacting system, such as revenue management, CRS, or mobile web is highly preferred. Requirements - Location - This role is remote USA - The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $110,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
