B2B Photovoltaic Maintenance Manager

SolarCare

• Ensure the management, coordination and optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance for professional photovoltaic installations. • Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance interventions. • Assist technicians with fault diagnosis and define technical solutions. • Ensure installations comply with regulations (electrical standards, safety, ICPE obligations (classified facilities regulations), lockout/tagout procedures…). • Serve as the technical interface with professional clients.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Associate to Master’s degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in electrotechnics, energy, industrial maintenance or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in photovoltaic maintenance or a related sector (electrotechnics, MV/HTA, renewable energy).
  • Certifications/authorizations: Electrical authorizations B2V / BR / H1V minimum; working at height certification; CACES for aerial work platforms (desirable).
  • Driver’s license (category B) required.
