The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer acquisition efforts across North America. In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales team to achieve ambitious targets, establish strategic partnerships with major enterprise and commercial clients, and position our company as a leader in the industry. This role is specific to our iText portfolio of products, with opportunity to sell the whole Apryse portfolio to net new customers interested in iText. Requirements: - 2+ years of proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within the PDF SDK or software API market. - A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance. - Open-Source software selling experience and knowledge of the market. - Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of an organization, including executive leadership. - Demonstrated ability to lead the sales cycle from strategy development to deal closure, particularly within the enterprise and commercial space. - Experience building high-level customer relationships and translating customer insights into strategic actions. - A commitment to continuous professional development for yourself and your team, actively participating in industry events, workshops, and coaching. - Proven success in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams. - Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve consistent, high-level performance. - Strong process-driven approach to managing sales opportunities and maintaining CRM data integrity. - In-depth knowledge of PDF SDK technology and its business applications, along with strong understanding of market competitors and differentiation. - Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level decision makers to drive business opportunities to closure. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure environments with poise and creativity.
