You prioritize the highest-impact bets across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. You co-author quarterly goals with leadership and revisit them as data shifts. - Experimentation & Learning Mindset: You design statistically sound A/B tests, ship fast iterations, learn aloud, and scale wins. You challenge “we’ve always done it this way” when impact warrants. - Analytical Insight & Data Fluency: You surface “gold spots” in messy funnels, define crisp KPIs, and tell the story behind the numbers. You move seamlessly from SQL/dashboards to stakeholder-ready narratives. - Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution: You rally Design, Eng, Data, PMM, and GTM pods. You clarify scope, trade-offs, and timelines. You coach teams while keeping momentum high. - Stakeholder Influence & Communication: You earn trust up, down, and sideways. You frame decisions, secure buy-in, and navigate change with empathy and clarity. - Velocity & Bias to Action: You turn insight into shipped value quickly. You align fast, unblock teams, and hit timing windows—delivering quality without drag. - Creative Solutioning & Bold Problem Solving: You generate and refine novel growth ideas, test constraints, and find workable alternatives when the “perfect” path isn’t feasible. - Customer Insight & Empathy: You build a deep understanding of customer journeys and pain points. You leverage interviews, usage data, and frontline feedback to surface unmet needs and shape high-impact solutions. You champion the voice of the user in growth strategy and prioritization. - Growth Mindset: You embrace opportunities, welcome feedback, and believe you and others can always grow. - AI Enthusiast: You believe AI will revolutionize how we work and the experiences we create for our customers.
