Career Description Our Sales Representatives are dedicated to guiding clients toward financial freedom. They do this by assessing each client's unique financial situation and providing a tailored debt consolidation option. To ensure the highest level of expertise and service, all of our Sales Representatives complete a rigorous certification program. Those who meet these requirements earn the title of Certified Debt Specialist. About The Role - There is no cold calling at Beyond Finance. All prospective customers have requested debt consolidation solutions. - You will assess a customer’s financial situation and guide them toward the option that best resolves their challenges. - You’ll be expected to quickly build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients - Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards - Competitive Compensation: Earn a base pay combined with an uncapped commission structure designed to generously reward top performers. Average annual earnings range from $100k to $300k, but top performers make more, and the only limit is your drive to succeed. Hungry and motivated sales professionals have full control to maximize their incomes beyond these averages. What We’re Looking For - Motivated individual who enjoys exceeding quotes and working in a fast-paced environment - Sale experience required - Financial Services experience is a plus The base salary range represents the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered within the range will depend on numerous factors including the individual’s skills, experience, performance, and the location where work is performed. In addition to base salary, this position qualifies for commission. The average sales agent makes around $150,000/yr (base + commission + bonus). Sales Agents earn a monthly commission based on the amount of debt enrolled subject to the terms outlined in the company's commission plan.
