• Selling and demonstrating our products to new customers • Cultivating existing customers to minimize churn and maximize happiness • Assisting with initial product installs and customer proof-of-concept installations • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value proposition • Work with product and marketing teams to become a technical product expert • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect accounts • Manage technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses • Communicate client needs to R&D teams for product enhancements • Train customer teams on the product and identify/seal problem areas

This role plays an important part in both current customer support and new customer discovery, while also helping shape how WestCX solutions are positioned, demonstrated, and delivered.
