• Garantizar la gestión integral y exitosa del ciclo de vida del colaborador (onboarding y offboarding) • Asegurar el cumplimiento legal, la integridad de la data y la correcta activación de beneficios. • Liderar la mejora continua de los procesos administrativos para ofrecer una experiencia fluida y una comunicación asertiva entre las áreas interesadas. • Auditoría de Condiciones Laborales • Gestionar Plataformas de Talento Humano • Gestión Documental de Ingreso • Formalización Contractual • Garantizar la afiliación a ARL, EPS, Fondo de Pensión y Caja de Compensación Familiar • Activar al empleado en las diferentes plataformas de beneficios • Notificar el retiro de beneficios a proveedores y plataformas de la empresa • Monitorear y reportar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de respuesta • Actuar como punto de contacto principal para los nuevos ingresos • Identificar cuellos de botella en la ruta de contratación y proponer ajustes.

Job Requirements

  • Profesional graduado en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, psicología, derecho, o afines.
  • Mínimo 4 años en cargos similares, experiencia en Talento Humano, contrataciones masivas.
  • Deseable cursos en derecho laboral, nómina.
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado
  • Conocimiento en bases de datos, cargues masivos, análisis datos, derecho laboral, contratación, afiliaciones, nómina.
