• Preparation of the operating theatre: You are responsible for the meticulous preparation of the operating theatre before each procedure, ensuring that all required instruments, equipment, and consumables are available. • Assistance during surgical procedures: During operations you assist the surgeon by handing the required instruments and materials. You actively contribute to the safety and efficiency of the procedure. • Sterilization and instrument reprocessing: You ensure that all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and reprocessed to maintain the highest hygiene standards. • Documentation and reporting: Accurate documentation of patient information and maintenance of the patient record are part of your duties. You report on the course of the procedure and help ensure the best possible aftercare for the patient.
Job Requirements
- Completed training as an Operating Room Technician / OTA (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the nursing sector
- Professional experience is desirable
