Subscription Growth Manager

• Own and operate the commercial LiveOps strategy , including pricing frameworks, promotional cadence, experimentation roadmap. • Apply a strong F2P mindset by balancing free vs. premium value and designing upgrade paths. • Define and evolve the monetisation roadmap , scaling subscriptions first and expanding into consumables. • Hands-on usage of tools like RevenueCat to set up products and monitor key metrics. • Own the analytical performance view across conversion, retention, ARPU/LTV, pricing. • Lead complex, cross-functional monetisation initiatives across placements, clients, and geographies. • Strengthen subscription foundations by driving stakeholder alignment and improving processes.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in Freemium monetisation or LiveOps (mobile games OR high-scale freemium apps)
  • Proven track record in freemium consumer apps (paywall dynamics)
  • Strategic understanding of subscription business mechanics and growth tactics across the funnel.
  • Experience building or scaling subscriptions from early stages.
  • Strong analytics skills: ability to interpret data.
  • Operational expertise with RevenueCat (or equivalent) and paywall experimentation/targeting.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management in complex, multi-market contexts.
  • High ownership: hands-on, self-driven, resilient, and comfortable doing the majority of execution personally.
