Production Manager
TTM Technologies
• Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule; • Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines • Estimate costs and set the quality standards; • Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) • Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) • Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. • Ensure output meets quality standards • Enforce health and safety precautions • Identify training needs. • Supervise and motivate a team of workers; • Report to upper management
Job Requirements
- Planning and organisation skills to be able run and monitor the production process;
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality;
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred
