• Lead the strategy and execution of multi-jurisdictional regulatory and compliance reporting suite • Write and run SQL queries to validate report logic and identify root causes • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to interpret regulatory requirements • Partner with Data Engineering and Platform teams to maintain data quality • Monitor regulatory changes and lead corresponding updates to logic, format, and pipeline dependencies

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product, compliance operations, regulatory reporting, or adjacent roles
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and integration plans
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL, BI tools, or large datasets
  • Willingness to influence without authority and challenge assumptions
  • Comfort working with legal, compliance, external regulators, and engineering stakeholders across time zones
  • A sense of humor, perspective, and resilience
