• As a Product Manager, you will be the product champion for our most impactful products - CRM & marketing automation-focused. • You will balance strategic planning with high-touch customer engagement, ensuring we deepen relationships, and deliver prioritized value for both customers and internal teams.

Job Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, including significant time in a SaaS or platform product role.
  • You have built a side project with AI. Please share in application.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Startup Experience is a must have. We're looking for people who want to get their hands dirty.
  • Demonstrated success owning a B2B product end-to-end: from discovery and strategy through to delivery and iteration.
  • Strong technical literacy.
  • Excellent skills in problem discovery, establishing clarity of intent, and stakeholder management.
  • Clear, concise communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You are a clear thinker, precise writer, system-level thinker, fast decision maker, and deep collaborator—not a backlog manager, meeting scheduler, or specification enforcer.
  • Engage regularly sales to align on prioritized tasks, clarify customer needs, and help sequence product work that delivers value.
  • Act as a liaison between customer voices and internal teams, ensuring prioritization is clear and high-impact.
  • Identify and close gaps for previous customers, turning feedback into actionable product enhancements and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales, and Engineering stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery.
  • Use AI tools to explore solutions proactively—spinning up prototypes, scripts, and mock APIs to validate ideas early and unblock your team
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that balances customer value, commercial impact, and technical investments.
