Product Marketing Manager
KnowBe4
• Create product and feature positioning and messaging that attracts and converts prospects and leads • Collaborate with Product Management on new product ideas and free tools • Collaborate with Marketing teams to create communication and marketing plan for the launch of new products • Manage product launch deliverables across Marketing team • Collaborate cross functionally to develop and/or support marketing plans to drive demand • Articulate the value proposition of the products to end users • Support competitive research and help position us to win more customers • Partner with the members of the Marketing team to design and launch campaigns
Job Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Certification or familiarity with Product Marketing Alliance (PMA) or Pragmatic Marketing program a plus
- Prior experience in product marketing, product positioning, messaging, and market research & analysis
- At least 2 years prior experience in B2B software is required
- Clear understanding of and ability to implement key pieces of the GTM process
- Excellent command of the product marketing function and processes
- Tactical experience creating and managing product marketing assets
- Ability to gather information to form value propositions and establish proof points to provide support
- Strong writer with the ability to translate technical capabilities of our products into value statements in ways that our customers will understand
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience creating and executing product launch marketing campaigns and programs
- Experience evaluating analytics and offering recommendations for the next course of action
- Familiarity with sales processes and culture, including the tools and assets needed by a high-volume sales organization
- Strong problem solving skills is a must
- Experience with Marketing software such as Highspot, Monday.com, Crayon, Hubspot or similar is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platform a plus
