• Work in the Product Development team as a Golang Developer

• Receive inbound and place outbound calls to insurance providers and patients when necessary • Receive, review, and respond to requests for assistance from leadership, client, and 3rd party business partners through various communication channels • Submit requests for corrections to appropriate teams when billing errors identified • Follow-up on corrected patient accounts to ensure billing accuracy • Own and manage reported issues and disputes spreadsheets

• Lead and mentor a team of .Net developers and programmers • Architecture design and Develop new functionality and critical business logic of software products • Enhance existing applications and software products and design new product • Work with SQL Server and/or Oracle database

• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios. • Executing tests on software usability. • Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability. • Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team. • Interacting with clients to understand product requirements. • Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems. • Usability, cross-browser, penetration, security, vulnerability, compatibility, and functional testing for our websites (ReactJS), apps (Flutter- iOS and Android) and REST APIs (GoLang). • Assist in the preparation and production of releases of software components. • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. • Run automated as well as manual tests on our applications.

• Accurately enter patient information, clinical data, and other relevant details into the designated EHR system. • Perform in depth review and validation of data for accuracy, completeness and consistency, ensuring all information is entered correctly. • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all data is entered in a timely manner. • Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity. • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and comply with all HIPAA regulations, adhering to best practices for handling sensitive health data. • Communicate any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or issues to the appropriate team members for resolution, escalating concerns when necessary. • Perform reverse data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data into EHR. • Also ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data by cross referencing with EHR. • Coordinate with IT and other relevant teams to resolve any issues related to data entry and system integration. • Assist in the collection and management of clinical data from EHR system and coordinate with Prior Authorization team.

• Have proven experience with hospital Inpatient, outpatient, CAH, Method I & II, RHC and Provider-based billing knowledge • Be able to function independently to bill hospital and professional claims • Be able to function independently to complete thorough follow-up on hospital AR • Be able to function independently to complete thorough processes for proper denial management • Gain exposure to our proprietary tools and technology • Other duties as assigned

• Create, Design, Implement, and Ship Production-ready features using the created design concepts. • Troubleshoot and Resolve technical and performance-based issues. • Develop robust components that are user-friendly and cross-platform. • Work on algorithms to improve the Search Engine Relevancy and Optimise. • Study E-commerce funnel using Google Analytics and other monitoring software to make recommendations to improve the website and increase revenue/stability. • Monitor the competitive landscape and Create/Implement new features.

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance. • Create well designed, testable, efficient code. • Participate in all phases of the development life-cycle. • Preparation and production of releases of software components. • Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. • Investigate alternatives and technologies and present them for architectural review.

• Lead and direct a staff of supervisors that will have individual teams consisting of no more than 10 employees. • Manage billed AR and post payment denials to ensure customer contractual SLAs are met consistently • Maintains a relationship with all internal teams and customers • Design, improve, and execute customer processes and workflow. • Develop and implement recommendations and provide formal feedback on project results and team performance to management. • Ability to create detailed reports for management. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information under HIPAA guidelines and customer confidentiality agreements. • Supports new customer expansion development and implementation.
