• Provide input in development and implementation of strategic plans to meet organizational goals • Communicate customer requirements internally by collaborating with the QSR, Foodservice, Retail and Protein teams to lead opportunities that cross segments • Actively participate in sales forecasting activities to support goals while still meeting customer requirements • Working with the North American sales team, penetrate key customers by broadening the portfolio scope of products sold • Supports execution of pricing strategy, including pricing action at key customers • Evaluates product and service marketability in terms of customers’ needs • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition • Aligns with marketing, customer service, R&D, culinary, sensory, insights, and others to ensure the broader team is focused and informed of key customer opportunities and challenges

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or related Education requirement OR equivalent
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development within Food, CPG, or Ingredients industry
  • At least 3 years’ experience in each sales leadership and people leadership

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for prospecting new accounts, maintaining the existing client portfolio, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets, directly impacting regional market growth and customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is part of the Commercial Department and will be working remotely to cover the Northeast region of Brazil (from Pernambuco to Bahia), with a preference for candidates residing in Recife or Salvador. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Drive new account acquisition and expand market presence in the designated territory. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas. - Conduct regular sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline effectively. - Collaborate with internal marketing and technical support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers. The essential requirements of the job include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or Biology. - Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the diagnostics or life sciences industry. - Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
