You will not be joining an existing agency team - you will be building the UK agency from scratch, with the full backing of an established platform, a deeply engaged audience, and one of the world's leading host networks behind you. In the early weeks you will design the operation: intake processes, service standards, and workflows. From launch, your time goes on what you do best - closing bookings, owning client relationships, and setting the quality benchmark for everything the UK agency does. This is not a role with a clean brief and a perfect structure waiting for you. The right person will find that genuinely exciting. You will help build the playbook, you won’t just follow one. What You'll Be Doing Before launch - Design and document the UK agency's intake process, service standards, and operational workflows - Brief, onboard, and establish working rhythms with the support team - Ensure the operation is fully ready to convert lead volume from day one Personal production - Personally handle and close high-value inbound bookings from the TCG and Emma Cruises audience - Own the full client relationship - from first contact through to post-trip follow-up and rebooking - Set and maintain the quality and service benchmark for everything the UK agency does Team and operations - Manage the support team day-to-day - intake, qualification, administration, and handoff - Own all crisis handling for bookings made personally and by the wider UK team - Recruit, onboard, and develop additional UK advisors as lead volume demands - Ensure ongoing compliance with UK regulatory requirements across all agency bookings - Manage the operational relationship with GTC as our host agency Brand and content - Work alongside Emma on cruise content - joint formats, audience education, booking conversion - Co-lead an annual UK group cruise event with Emma and the TCG founders - Build your own public profile as a trusted voice in UK cruise - Own our Trustpilot presence and visible UK reputation

Role Description You will lead and develop an engineering team responsible for building and evolving the core technology that powers Auvik’s Network Management product. This includes systems such as device discovery, identification, and consolidation. These systems are foundational and support many downstream services, making data quality, reliability, and scalability critical. You will be accountable for the health, performance, and ongoing evolution of these systems in production. You will partner closely with Product Management and collaborate across teams to define priorities and drive execution, while building a high-performing team by developing talent, growing capabilities, and providing clear technical and organizational direction to ensure long-term success. Qualifications - A few years of experience leading and developing engineering teams, with a track record of building strong, accountable, and high-performing teams. - Experience working with distributed teams and scaling engineering organizations. - Ability to operate with ownership, make sound decisions, and navigate tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment. - Strong product and business sense, with the ability to connect technical work to customer and business outcomes. - Solid understanding of agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices. - Experience operating and supporting production systems, with an emphasis on reliability and scalability. - Ability to provide technical guidance and contribute to architectural and system design discussions. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams. - Strong ability to recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent.
