• You’ll go beyond coding, you’ll apply your product-centric mindset. • You'll be instrumental in shaping features from conception to deployment, ensuring they align with our users' needs and our business goals. • As a Senior Fullstack engineer at Malt, you will join a specialized squad (composed of Software engineers, Product Designer and Product Manager). Each squad is responsible for a specific business domain and will handle the full development cycle.

• Architect the future of AI-native sourcing: Traditional staffing is broken; you will lead the development of the AI-native solution that fixes it. You aren’t just making UI tweaks, you are leveraging AI to build a high-signal, "magic" experience for hundreds of thousands of users across Europe. • Lead Product Delivery: Translate C-level ambition into a high-velocity technical roadmap. You are the guardian of our standards, making the hard calls between shipping "wow" AI features today and maintaining the long-term architectural health of the platform. • Drive Engineering Excellence: As a hands-on leader, you serve as a force multiplier for quality. Through architectural guidance and deep participation in code reviews, you ensure that speed never compromises system stability or elegant design. • Cultivate Product Engineers: Directly lead two high-impact squads by fostering a culture of autonomy. Your mission is to coach developers into Product Engineers problem solvers who understand the "why" behind the code and take extreme ownership of the user outcome. • Drive Operational Excellence: Refine our agile rituals to ensure maximum flow. You thrive on turning complex constraints into clear paths forward, ensuring your squads remain unblocked, focused, and obsessed with delivery.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team: You will directly manage 2–3 cross-functional squads (8 to 15 engineers), ensuring a high-trust environment where talent thrives. This is a direct leadership role, not a manager-of-managers position focused on setting clear direction, establishing strong team rituals, and maintaining high morale and engagement. • Co-build product and technical strategy: Partner closely with the Product Director and Design Lead to co-create the long-term vision for the Compliance domain. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into a seamless user experience, ensuring that security measures never compromise platform usability. Together, you will balance technical debt, innovative features, and high-stakes roadmap priorities to deliver maximum value to our users. • Raise the bar on delivery and engineering excellence: Own the delivery lifecycle by setting and tracking KPIs for velocity and quality. You’ll master the art of the trade-off, strategically balancing rapid delivery with long-term architectural health. By aligning team output with company strategy, you ensure every engineering effort drives maximum impact and scale. • Knowledge multiplier: You will also contribute to the Engineering Manager Guild to scale these best practices and strategic frameworks across the entire organization. • Own our compliance ecosystem: You’ll be the primary tech point of contact for our external partners, from PSPs to legal data providers. You’ll ensure smooth integration, operational reliability, and long-term scalability in this core part of Malt’s product.

• Design, build, and deliver machine learning models and pipelines in close collaboration with Data Science, Research, and Engineering teams. • Own and evolve complex ML systems, ensuring they remain scalable, reliable, and maintainable in production. • Drive technical excellence and best practices across the entire ML lifecycle, from modeling and evaluation to deployment and monitoring. • Define and implement production standards that increase the quality and speed of development across the Data & ML organization. • Translate complex business problems into robust ML solutions with measurable and durable impact on product outcomes. • Act as a technical leader and mentor, supporting the growth of ML practices and elevating the skills of less experienced team members
