Sales Development Representative, SDR

Devsu

• Connect with prospects through various channels, including but not limited to phone calls, emails, and social media. • Create a strong and positive first impression for the Devsu brand. • Educate prospects on Devsu's products, services, and value propositions. • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining if they are a good fit for Devsu's offerings. • Advance qualified leads to the next phase in the sales process and coordinate handoff to Sales Representatives. • Disqualify prospects who do not align with Devsu's target customer profile. • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the Sales Team to ensure seamless lead transfer and a unified sales effort.

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Experience with outbound prospecting (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound outreach
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Coachable and receptive to feedback
  • Ability to follow structured playbooks consistently
  • Experience selling technology or software services
  • Experience in B2B environments
  • Exposure to U.S. market outreach
  • Understanding of basic sales qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.)
