Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing international team. This is an exciting remote sales job where you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, building strong prospect relationships, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience in outbound sales, lead generation, cold outreach, and CRM management, with a strong ability to communicate value to potential clients. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling. - Identify and qualify high-potential leads through research and discovery calls. - Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team. - Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities. - Track all sales activities and interactions in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. - Collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. - Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
  • Proven experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Experience selling to B2B clients or SaaS companies is a plus.
