• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems • Help maintain code quality, the organization, and automatization • Triage and resolve complex + systemic issues reported on existing production systems • Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization • Contribute to production deployments, including documentation of technical specifications and release notes

• Development of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems • Collaborate with vendors to maintain and improve technology solutions • Support production issues related to IVR systems

• Provide technical support for application issues. • Lead major incidents until closure. • Perform RCA’s and Analyze and recommend corrective solutions. • Provide technical solutions to the Jr team members while triaging the incidents and service request. • Provide root cause analysis for repeated issues. • Responsible for maintaining .Net, VB and Angular applications using Client standard practices and techniques. • Responsible for ensuring tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner. • Responsible for documenting and communicating application design, topologies, and architecture of the existing business applications and debugging the same.

• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance. • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. • Contribute to and maintain comprehensive platform documentation and guidelines to facilitate development across multiple teams. • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective platform solutions.
