Java IVR Developer
Synchrony Systems, Inc.
• Development of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems • Collaborate with vendors to maintain and improve technology solutions • Support production issues related to IVR systems
Job Requirements
- Need to have experience on Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system with Nuance Platform desired but experience with any other IVR platform will be considered
- Experience with NAS, NDF and Nuance Cloud is big plus
- Need to have knowledge of IVR routing
- Experience with VXML, JDBC, Java, J2EE, Java Script, XML
- Familiarity with Eclipse, Apache Tomcat Server/Maven, MS SQL/Oracle DB, Linux OS platform, Windows Server, MQ, Web Services
- Have clear understanding of audio and grammar components
- Ability to understand the IVR UI design
- Cloud based solutions experience (AZURE) is plus but not required
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Ability to develop and maintain key vendor relationships with a focus on technology currency and best practices
- Experience with supporting the production issues
- Experience with the health care industry is desired but not required
