Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: Overview We are seeking a highly collaborative UI Application Analyst & Developer who can work closely with business stakeholders to understand application requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications, and guide offshore development teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in UI application development and is comfortable contributing directly to front-end features while managing requirement gathering across multiple applications. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Business Requirements Gathering: Work directly with business users to understand feature requests, UI/UX expectations, workflow needs, and overall functional requirements. • Bridge Between Business & Development Teams: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for offshore development teams and ensure clarity throughout the development lifecycle. • UI Development (Angular): Contribute to front-end development tasks using Angular, ensuring consistency with design guidelines and business expectations. • Multi-Application Coordination: Manage requirement gathering, follow-ups, and feature clarification across multiple in-flight applications. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Participate in sprint planning, requirement walkthroughs, design discussions, and regular status sync-ups with both onshore and offshore resources. • Terraform Development: Use Terraform for infrastructure-as-code activities from a development perspective (not DevOps), such as creating and maintaining Terraform modules or templates required by the application teams. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in UI application development, specifically with Angular. • Strong ability to engage with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and document or translate them effectively. • Experience working with offshore development teams and managing ongoing clarifications. • Working knowledge of Terraform as a developer (not strictly DevOps-focused). • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills • Basic proficiency in Python (nice to have, not mandatory). • Experience working in agile environments. • Understanding of UI/UX best practices.
